The major advantage of the existing 3-storey building, a free-standing on its 3 sides volume is its location; it is situated at Kounoupitsa, Spetses and has a remarkable sea view. Functionally, it consists of a duplex on the ground floor and the 1^st floor, with kitchen, living-room, one en-suite room downstairs and the master bedroom with a spacious veranda on the upper level. On the ground floor accessed by a different entrance door, there is also a one-bedroom apartment. Access to the basement happens on the east elevation of the building and leads to two different apartments, each with 2 guest rooms with bathrooms en suite and a shared kitchen - living-room space.

The renovation that we undertook included changes on the interior, the layout, redesign bathrooms and kitchens, new electrical installation and plumbing, insulating inside and outside, tiling, repairs and repaint. In effect, we turned an originally complicated and gloomy interior into a bright and cozy place. Almost all of the external formal elements were kept that is, doors and windows, the railing and baluster.
