The total area of the building is 119.52s.m. in two separate properties, each of which has a swimming pool (2.50x5.00)m and a parking space. The front façade of the building looks at the stream that runs along the western side of the plot. The ground floor of every residence is an open plan with kitchen and living room, whereas on the first floor there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
